Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager for Talon across India, the successful candidate will have to manage zippers and trims sales. This role will be reporting to Head of Sales, This role is to consistently meet revenue targets while maximizing profitability and growth. We are seeking an industry veteran—ideally with a background in Zipper, Trims, Labels and accessories—who excels at implementing scalable, cost-effective process improvements and innovations to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility of sales and achieving the growth and profit targets of the company
• Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans and oversee all necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives
• Maintain and constantly improve the business competitive edge
• Explore new business by identifying new clients/channels in introducing and promoting products with strong pricing management, and expand sales network
