What You Will Do

As an Applied HVAC Sales Manager/Engineer, you will drive sales growth across the Nordics. You’ll expand market share, support YORK distribution partners, and contribute to the success of the JCI Applied Indirect business.

How You Will Do It

• Execute the YORK distribution sales strategy and meet sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, installers, and consultants.

• Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market reach.

• Provide product knowledge, pricing support, and design assistance.

• Deliver training and coaching to enhance partner sales capabilities.
