Key Responsibilities
- Own the full acquisition funnel: sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and activation
- Lead field teams and ensure consistent on-ground execution
- Hit and exceed monthly acquisition and activation targets
- Identify and unlock new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Optimize conversion rates and reduce time-to-activation
