Job Description

We're hiring a Sales Manager with strong freight forwarding experience to relocate from South Africa to Dubai and lead a high-performing sales team in one of the world's busiest logistics hubs. This is a proper step up role: you'll be front-and-centre with high-value clients, driving revenue, shaping the commercial strategy, and building a team that wins.

If you know the freight market, can talk confidently about lanes, rates, carriers, Incoterms, and solutions (not just quotes), and you love closing big deals you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and performance-manage a sales team (pipeline, activity, conversion, deal quality)
  • Own the commercial plan: target sectors, key accounts, lanes, and growth strategy
  • Win and grow high-value clients (mid-market to enterprise), including complex logistics solutions
