Sales Manager - EPCC Engineering

A leading marine engineering company is looking for a Sales Manager with experience in EPCC projects, shipyards, and offshore/marine solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Engage clients, identify opportunities, and translate project needs into actionable solutions
· Apply engineering design principles and collaborate closely with design teams to ensure practical, buildable solutions
· Can see the full project lifecycle, not just their own lane
· Balance technical, commercial, and site realities effectively
· Appreciate how marine / navcom projects run, not just how they look on paper
