Job Description

**Essential duties & responsibilities:**

**Sales**

+ Manage & implement local sales strategies, tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives. Accountable for growing sales in existing accounts and growing new accounts. From time to time, may be required to cover surgical cases.
+ Create & maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders including but not limited to:
+ Chief Executives
+ Procurement
+ KOL’s
+ Maintain appropriate levels of company quality service
+ Corporate policy, legislation and quality compliance to meet national and international standards.
+ Appropriate risk and asset management across all areas of responsibility
+ Employee engagement scores (Q12)
+ Work closely with Marketing to execute product launches, marketing events, HCP interactions, and needs assessment.
+ Build capability of Sales Team through creating & implementing local rep training plans and ongoing coaching.
