Job Summary

Leads branch sales operations, manages team performance, and drives business growth for secured lending products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall sales and disbursement targets
  • Manage and coach sales team
  • Develop sourcing channels
  • Monitor pipeline and conversion ratios
  • Ensure portfolio quality and compliance
  • Review MIS and productivity

  • Graduate
  • Experience in HL/LAP/Mortgage sales
  • Team handling experience
  • Age: 20–32 years
  • Good CIBIL score
