Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing for additional business opportunities and provide quotations and proposals to potential customers
  • Successful close of new customers business onboard
  • Strategic partnerships with customers for sustainable business continuity and healthy profit growth by New Service or New trade lanes
  • Establish critical link between the customer and internal business units
  • Achieve a high-level customer engagement, rapport and satisfaction
  • Work with relevant sales groups across the globe to grow the customer
  • Prepare and check periodic reports as required by the manager
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Work on RFQ/tenders with respective products, marketing and sales
  • SFDC inputting as required
  • Other assignments as required
