Sales Manager

Our client in the industrial sector is currently looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps across GTA. We are looking for candidates with not only a background in people management, but also a leader who enjoys being hands on and driving the sales and revenue for their region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 3-4 reps across GTA - mentoring, coaching, KPIs, ride along
• Help expand the division by driving net new business and revenue generation
• Work with the senior leadership to ensure goals are achieved, and challenges are being tackled on

Compensation

• Base salary - $120,000-160,000
• Car allowance, full benefits, RSP matching

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in leading a sales team ideally in the industrial sector
• Previous experience in a B2B sales role - selling into manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution etc. ...
