Sales Manager, Canada

We’re expanding and seeking an experienced sales professional to lead market growth and specification-based sales across Canada. This independent-contractor role is field-focused and ideal for someone who understands electrical power distribution, influences projects from concept through construction, and can build strong industry relationships.

What you’ll do

• Lead sales efforts across Canada with a primary focus on the Province of Ontario and an initial objective to book CAD 2.5M in orders in 2026.
• Develop and grow relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, independent sales representatives, consulting engineers, EPCs, and end users.
• Drive specification positioning and engage projects in early stages to influence outcomes.
• Support bids, pricing strategy, and project conversion activities.
