Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, responsible for leading and motivating a team of Mobile Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. In this role, the Sales Manager oversees daily store operations, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Sales Manager supports team members through coaching, training, and real-time feedback on sales techniques and product knowledge. This position also involves monitoring key performance metrics, managing inventory and merchandising standards, and collaborating with regional leadership to implement sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. The Sales Manager actively engages with customers on the sales floor to model best practices, resolve escalated issues, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
