Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition through fieldwork and direct visits while leading and managing a team of Account Executives. The role focuses on sales performance, client growth, and team development to achieve company targets.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Identify and close new B2B clients through field and outbound sales efforts
  • Support Account Executives in managing and growing client accounts
