Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition through fieldwork and direct visits while leading and managing a team of Account Executives. The role focuses on sales performance, client growth, and team development to achieve company targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives
- Assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Identify and close new B2B clients through field and outbound sales efforts
- Support Account Executives in managing and growing client accounts
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and achievement of monthly targets
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or related industries
