Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets (revenue, units, margin) for assigned products and markets Develop and execute the Vietnam sales and market development plan Manage key accounts and strategic customers across industrial segments Establish, manage, and develop dealers/distributors nationwide Provide technical and commercial support for complex sales opportunities Conduct market, competitor, and segment analysis; propose growth actions Plan and support marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, demos) Maintain accurate forecasting, and regular reporting to management Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 8+ years in industrial / technical B2B sales 3+ years in a senior sales, product, or business development role Proven experience with capital equipment and industrial customers Experience managing key accounts, and distribution channels Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
