Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead the performance of a network of stores and support our store teams in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown within retail , understands the day-to-day reality of store operations, and enjoys spending time in stores coaching teams, improving commercial execution and driving sales results.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every store under your responsibility achieves its commercial objectives while maintaining excellent operational standards and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial performance of a portfolio of stores, ensuring sales, productivity and profitability targets are achieved.
• Spend the majority of your time visiting stores, supporting Store Managers and their teams through coaching, feedback and hands‑on guidance.
