Job Description
The Sales Manager, Bancassurance is responsible for managing the daily sales activities and execution plan of sales units in order to achieve the APE target. He/she will develop the distribution strategies and tactical plan for execution.
+ Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
+ Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels on aiming to activate partners’ business in solid manner
+ Manage and provide coaching and mentoring the sales management team and the sales execution team
+ Assist the Head of Department in supporting market intelligence information to formulate strategies
+ Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required resources and necessary support to achieve business goals
