A full-time permanent role for a well-established automotive dealership based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For a Sales Manager - Ford interested in achieving a business’ sales targets and profit margins by providing excellent customer service.

A normal day will have you:
• Analyse sales results and campaign performance within the dealership network
• Monitoring and reporting on individual and team sales volumes, profit and inventory performance and defining actions to rectify any deficiencies.
• Developing and implementing strategies to support business campaigns
• Training and developing their team
• Working with leadership to develop sales targets
