Job Description
• Promote and sell Water devices and accessories to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.
• Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demos, explain the science and benefits and convert inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and influencers (farmers, etc.).
• Participate in local exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, installation, and customer follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Agriculture, or Marketing background preferred).
• 6–7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in water solutions, agri-tech, wellness, or consumer durable products.
