*LOCATION* : Accra, Ghana



 *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*


  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Oversee daily sales activities and coordinate with the production team to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Create promotional plans to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market analysis for management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and marketing decisions.
