QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist ingredients group to fill the position of Sales Director (Europe) in a specialist B2B ingredient category.
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing book of multi‑million euro sales as an individual contributor/director level position.
- Create and drive a customer strategy to maximise sales growth.
- Report to the VP of the region based in the USA.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Director with a strong focus on Europe.
- Experience in B2B ingredients, ideally with a background in food safety and preservation.
- Background in B2B food ingredients or a flavour house, with expertise in business development and key account management, particularly in bakery and meat categories.
- Development/commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with complex food groups.
