Sales & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales & Logistic Coordinator for our Umm Al Quwain Plant in the United Arab Emirates. Position is restricted to UAE Nationals only.

This role is a pivotal position working with both Sales & Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfilment while providing additional customer management and support.

• Receive sales/work orders from the sales department and process them to the production team for planning & scheduling deliveries; prepare & update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports.
• Follow‑up with the sales team, clients, forwarders, and customs clearance agents for deliveries locally and abroad.
• Prepare shipping documents and related certificates.
• Report production/delivery service level periodically.
• Prepare measurement reports for scoring quality level ISO 9001.
