Job Description

The Head of Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by defining and executing sales strategy, building scalable sales processes, and expanding market reach across existing and new service offerings. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate at both the executive and execution levels—shaping commercial direction while actively enabling and elevating the sales team.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in selling professional services, understands consultative and solution-based selling, and has a proven track record of building high-performing sales organizations.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, with senior leadership exposure in localization, translation, language services, SaaS, or content services.
