Role & Responsibilities
• Connect with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp
• Explain online courses, webinars, and mentorship programs
• Convert leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain basic lead updates and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team and reporting manager
