- Contribute to business development by targeting small accounts and new customers in line with the company’s growth objectives
- Implement an internal action plan to identify and develop the full potential of assigned small customers and prospects
- Conduct prospecting activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) leading to the opening of new accounts
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of opportunities, account openings, and recurring sales, and prepare regular reports on activities and results
- Proactively manage a portfolio of small customers to achieve sales and retention objectives
- Take ownership of the account development process, from prospect qualification to account activation and first order
- Maintain a structured process for managing accounts and opportunities using the CRM
