Sales Head

We are looking to hire an experienced sales head for our reputed client based at Maliya-Halvad Highway, Village Rapar, Morbi (Near rajkot), Gujarat The ideal candidate should have below skill sets to apply for the position Should have minimum 12-15 years of experience in FMCG/Sales. Experience in products like Namkeen/noodles/Corn flakes/Choco fills/cereals are preferred. Candidate should be Graduate with good communication skills The candidate should have very good distribution network/client network in the states like Gujarat/Madhya pradesh/Maharashtra and rajasthan. Should be able to prepare annual sales budget and sales strategy to achieve the assigned target Should be able to hire sales team, train them and convert their potential into performance Should have relevant experience in FMCG/Snacks/Namkeen/Beverages industry only and at least last 5 years should be in managerial/team leading role.
