Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while driving property acquisition, rental conversions, broker partnerships, and overall revenue growth. The Sales Head will play a key role in expanding our AI-powered real estate platform.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Drive property owner acquisition for residential and commercial rentals.
• Generate and manage high-quality leads through online and offline channels.
• Develop relationships with builders, landlords, channel partners, and brokers.
• Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity.
• Create sales forecasts and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
