Overview
The Sales & Growth Lead at Ladies Who Lead (LWL) is responsible for driving revenue through memberships, and program-led sales. This role focuses on building strong relationships with brands, organizations, and individuals aligned with LWL’s mission, while achieving defined revenue targets.
The Sales Manager will work closely with Programming, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term, value-driven collaborations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base.
- Willingness to do outreach, digital and external physical events to get sales leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies while following SOPs to achieve growth targets and contribute to the long-term vision of Ladies Who Lead.
