Technical Sales, Partnerships, Channel Development & Growth

Full-time or Contract Hybrid, Victoria BC preferred, Calgary AB and SF

About the role

You will help build the commercial engine for the Energy Router. This is a technical sale. You will run the full sales cycle while also helping build the channel partnerships, installer networks, and growth loops that make distribution scalable. You are coming in early, and you will help write the playbook from scratch.

What you'll own

  • Prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, and close
  • Channel development with installers, partners, and other distribution actors
  • GTM feedback loops on pricing, packaging, positioning, and objections
  • Technical credibility in customer conversations
