Within the ICT department, you will join the Customer Centre of Expertise (CCoE), the team responsible for developing and maintaining Credendo’s application landscape.As the Salesforce Team Lead, you will act as the primary functional and technical owner of the Salesforce platform within the organisation.You will lead a small team of two Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship in the design and development of applications on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and related solutions.You will ensure that new business requirements, incidents and project initiatives are effectively planned, prioritised and delivered within agreed timelines.
