Job Description
As an Senior Associate Field Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting commercial excellence, business performance, and strategic decision-making across multiple Business Units. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver insights that help shape business strategy and drive execution excellence.
Some of the tasks related to this role are:
+ Drive analytical support for annual Brand Plan activities across all Business Units, partnering closely with Product Managers to support strategic planning, performance assessment, and business recommendations
+ Develop and deliver Business Reviews for the Business Units on a bi-monthly basis, providing actionable insights into performance, opportunities, and business trends
+ Support SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) review cycles by preparing performance analyses, tracking results, and identifying opportunities for optimization
+ Contribute to the POA (Plan of Action) ...
