Hays recruitment is working with amercial cleaning and janitorial services to find a Sales Representative to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

Your new role

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure newmercial clients and service contracts
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding service offerings within existing client accounts
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting, including outreach, sales calls, client meetings, and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and service agreements
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date sales records, reports, and CRM data
  • Manage sales‑related administrative and office tasks to support daily operations
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
