Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Sales Representative
to drive inside sales revenue by acquiring and upselling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management: Directing the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, working closely with operations, quality, and other departments.
Order Management: Managing order entry, overall order processing, and production reporting within internal systems.
Customer Support: Supporting customers with questions or concerns throughout the sales process, including before, during, and after their purchases.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with outside sales teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive order growth by recommending complementary items and analyzing customer purchase history.
