Responsibilities
- Owning and growing our existing client portfolio of shipping lines and freight forwarders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
- Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new customers within the maritime and forwarding industry, building a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Conducting regular face‑to‑face visits to clients and prospects across key markets, representing One Way as a trusted partner rather than just a service provider.
- Maintaining a consistent rhythm of calls and follow‑ups with decision‑makers (procurement, equipment control, logistics and operations teams) to stay close to their needs and anticipate opportunities.
- Negotiating commercial agreements, rates and service terms, balancing client expectations with the company's profitability and operational capabilities.
