Job Responsibilities

• Develop the local Brazilian market through trade fairs, industry associations, online platforms, and personal networks. Identify and acquire Brazilian foreign-trade companies, cross-border e‑commerce sellers, and local importers and exporters with international ocean freight needs.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ logistics requirements, including FCL/LCL ocean freight, air freight, and overseas warehousing. Provide customized quotations and one‑stop logistics solutions while achieving individual shipment volume and gross profit targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Regularly follow up on shipment plans and payment collection, and identify referral opportunities and new business potential from existing accounts.
