Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the Public and Defense Market in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions
  • Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing
  • Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions
  • Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management
  • Winning and converting public frame contracts into revenue
  • Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs
