Territory Sales Manager – Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico
The role focuses on achieving sales targets in a specific region, promoting the Ansell brand, and monitoring markets and customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the annual sales budget assigned for the territory.
- Maximize resources and produce results per the Regional Sales Manager’s direction, including a six‑month review of performance.
- Build close relationships with distributors, managing distribution, training, and technical support.
- Define plant coverage and adjust distribution network, proposing new distributors or discontinuing under‑performing ones.
- Monitor competition activities and provide feedback to the company.
- Identify market opportunities and risks and report findings.
- Provide training to the sales team on new products, regulations, and Ansell GUARDIAN procedures.
