Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for both Encore Melaka and The Pines Melaka. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned market segments. The position plays a key role in supporting overall sales strategies and contributing to the commercial success of both properties.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted market segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, travel agents, etc.)
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets for both properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote both Encore Melaka and The Pines Melaka
