- Promote and sell MyAnalytica Solutions' training programmes to individuals and corporate clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable training solutions and packages.
Lead Handling & Follow-Up
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, email, and online platforms.
- Perform structured follow-ups, answer questions, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Presentation & Communication
- Explain training benefits, schedules, delivery methods (online / on-site), and value proposition clearly to clients.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects and clients.
Quotation & Sales Documentation Support
- Prepare basic quotations and coordinate booking confirmations.
- Update sales tracking records.
