  • Promote and sell MyAnalytica Solutions' training programmes to individuals and corporate clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable training solutions and packages.

Lead Handling & Follow-Up

  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, email, and online platforms.
  • Perform structured follow-ups, answer questions, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Presentation & Communication

  • Explain training benefits, schedules, delivery methods (online / on-site), and value proposition clearly to clients.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects and clients.

Quotation & Sales Documentation Support

  • Prepare basic quotations and coordinate booking confirmations.
