  • Drive new business acquisition in our portfolio of products including management system certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc.), while developing and expanding selected existing accounts
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through a mix of proactive prospecting and inbound opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within selected existing clients to grow wallet share
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers, enabling initial wins and ensuring high levels of customer retention and future business potential
  • Represent SGS at industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms to generate both new leads and strengthen market presence
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)
