About The Role

This position is responsible to identify, plan, and pursue opportunities to develop new business via bank partner distribution channels with cross‑function collaboration to achieve the company’s profitability and sustainable growth objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop relationship across the entire bank partnership chain (corporate banking team, wealth management team, regional managers, branch managers, business managers, cross‑selling executives, product champions, etc.) to obtain referrals from bank partners for EB leads.
  • Perform sales activities from prospecting, proposal generation, presentation, negotiation, to sales closure and onboarding.
  • Ensure prompt collection of premiums and monitor bad debt and provisions.
  • Regularly update sales pipelines.
