Job Description
5.5 DAYS work week. Responsible for sourcing new customers and generating leads. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours. Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, delivery coordination, and payment collection. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout. Confirm next-day appointments with customers and update all bookings in the system. Schedule and coordinate technicians' daily job assignments. Inform clients promptly of any delays or service issues. Prepare quotations for replacement or new air-conditioning installations. Liaise with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for follow-ups and updates. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Assist in roadshows, marketing activities, and support other departments when required. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
