Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee sales, including achieving sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products/services
Follow up with online leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
Assist in store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in Furniture & Home Decor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills
