Job Description
Duties:
- Sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach and by creating awareness and growing the brand.
- Primarily focused on sales of standard designs.
- Respond to website, email and phone inquiries, as well as distributor orders.
- Make initial contact with prospective buyers.
- Establish client needs and recommend suitable vessel in conjunction with Technical Manager.
- Prepare costing, plus any additional equipment required.
- Agree on delivery method with clients and cost accordingly.
- Generate final proposals and build time in consultation with Sales Manager and Production Manager.
- Submit proposal and follow up.
- In the event of a sale, take care of all client liaisons, visits, feedback reporting, vessel handover, etc.
- Attend to any customer complaints.
