Role Overview
This is not a typical sales role.
At PXPL, you won’t just “sell design.” You will help businesses understand why they need clarity before creativity, positioning before visuals and experience before execution.
You’ll work closely with founders, business owners and decision-makers, guiding them toward building meaningful, high-impact brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients across industries
• Lead conversations with founders to understand business challenges
• Translate business needs into Brand Experience (BX) opportunities
• Present PXPL’s approach (Positioning → Identity → Experience) clearly and confidently
• Manage inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with strategy and design teams to shape proposals
• Maintain pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM tracking
