Sales Executive – Motorpoint (Birtley)

Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40-50,000 OTE uncapped)

Location: Birtley

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.

Our Sales Executives are vital to our business growth and ensuring our customers get a first‑class service. As a Sales Executive you will help us shake off outdated car industry clichés and drive into the fast lane towards becoming the most desired car retailer.

What you will be doing

  • Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at the store
  • Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to customers to identify and anticipate needs
  • Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
