The Sales team focuses on consultative B2B selling to HR, People Operations and Finance leaders. This is an India-based, on-site role focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and convert inbound and outbound opportunities using targeted outreach (calls, emails, events).
- Run end-to-end consultative sales cycles: discovery, product demos, proposals and negotiations to close deals.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM; provide reliable forecasts and progress reports.
