Job Description
- Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
- Knowledge in ACMV system
- Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
- Develop new account while maintaining existing account
- Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
- Prepare costing and contract quote
- Prepare sales report
- Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints
- Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales effort
- Follow up & assist to chase for payment
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
- With valid class 3 driving license
- Own self vehicle will be an added advantage
