About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Sales Excellence Analyst to join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi‑country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus)
  • Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering rollout projects across multiple countries or business units
  • Strong understanding of field sales processes (route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)
