Sales Engineering Manager - Trading *Japanese speaker

Job Description

- Lead engineering team ( 4 sourbodinates) - Engineering tasks such as PLC / Sequence Control Design, Control Panel & Electrical Circuit Design, CAD Drawing Creation
- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Production Line Improvement
- Automation Equipment Support
- Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and project success.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Communicating with Japanese native or Japan HQ
- Reporting to Japanese director and HQ
- Other duties as assigned.
