Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and service existing accounts
  • Visit customers at their workplace/office 
  • Attend to sales inquiries and after-sales support matters 
  • Identify, understand, and propose suitable solutions to meet customer’s needs and requirements Prepare quotations, product technical specifications, and product manual 
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and other reports required by management
  • Conduct technical training for customer
  • Attend site inspections and other site-related matters 
  • Assist in monitoring payments from customers 
  • Any related ad-hoc duties assigned by management
