Sales Engineer – OEM (Motors & Alternators | B2B)

It’s about consistent follow-up, technical clarity, and disciplined execution.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who understands that:

Hard work + structured follow-up = success.

Role Focus:
  • Proactive outbound outreach to OEMs
  • Systematic follow-up on inbound enquiries
  • Understanding technical requirements and aligning correct motor/alternator solutions
  • Coordinating quotations and internal communication
  • Building long-term OEM relationships
  • Maintaining pipeline discipline and closing orders
We’re Looking For:
  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
  • 0–3 years experience in B2B / Industrial sales (Freshers with strong work ethic may apply)
  • Someone who doesn’t give up after one call
